I have now started my new job with Costa absolute 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 I did not realize how big the menu was, as well as, the amount of information that is required to know for each individual person with allergies and the affects of each ingredient that goes into each drink. Hats off to them Baristas!!! Ive now started my journey and hope to get onto the same level as these grafters!!! The coffee adventure continues and I shall conquer!!!.

In the meantime, lessons at home has been more of a practical approach. I did some coffee tasting. My god it was messy!!! Quick tip, Only use beans, not instant, not grounded, Grind the beans up!!! I am sure that this was mentioned when I was watching a video on the great James Hoffman, He said to use beans. I was curious to why only use beans. well, Lets say I kept the same measurements for instant, grounded and beans, I am sure it was 12G each 🤮 the beans was doable in fact relatively nice may I add, the instant and the grounded, well, I may as well gone down the beach and put some wet sand into my mouth!!! it certainly was a messy experience. I even tried stiring 12g of instant and grounded, in hope that there would be an improvement, apparently stiring 12g of coffee isn’t easy!!! I heard that try it hot and trying the coffee cold, experience 2 different flavors actually blew my mind when I experienced this myself. Mad on how temperatures can give you different taste all though its been in the same bowl all this time.

This little steps, other than the Costa one, would be a great help and correct path to allow me to open up my cafe next year, once my rehab has gone successful of course!!! its slightly difficult what to plan ahead for what I need to make this a good cafe from the start. I have done numerous of business plans and what my goal is. I always write the plans, what i write is things that are going through my mind. Each time I write about it, always add new ideas on what I would like to achieve for this cafe. feel like I’m doing it all wrong and not allowing myself to add in the finer details on what is needed to help build this and make this dream happen. I then found throne.com. You make a wish list for others to buy, I’m using this to build up a business plan and eventually start up a crowdfunding page to help me get started. Following this, I am hosting my first games night within the Minehead area on Monday. Fingers crossed some people will turn up. It capacity is 35 people. hopefully not to many!! I’ll be venue hunting again for sure!!! Out of all of it, looking for a venue is the hardest part. some of them do not reply back, the town isnt that big for venues to hire out , that is for sure!!! I will for sure post a very short update on how it went and weather it s worth doing again or not. I am more nervous with this event than i was starting with Costa for sure!!!!

I also found an amazing potential on how to learn coding. https://www.codedex.io/ This little beauty is an awesome way to learn for sure. Only thing I had troubles with this site, I felt it was missing some subjects to empower me with knowledge to help gaining the knowledge. I was getting the subject and test correct, but without any sense of knowing what the fuck I actually doing. I downloaded Python onto my laptop, as the site also gives you some lessons. Now that, to me, makes more sense as it has more insightful step by step than the codex course. The python course isn’t as fun as the codedex.io site, I had lost interest. If they combined and made codedex.io with pythons way of teaching!!! I would be an absolute wizard on python right now for sure!!!It is something I will learn as it is a great skill to have. its all free to learn. wea

In other news, One Piece is collab with Lacoste being first released in Japan 2nd of August and most recently, I found out with burger king, in France, have some really wikid shirts when you purchase a burger, Could well be really old news. never hear anything that goes on out side the UK unless there is a war going on. talks on moving to the US!! Lucky fucks, France is literally a swim away (for some people) and decides to go to US!!! In better news, Demon Slayer is collabing with McDonald’s, down side, only selective stores. the fact One piece is the most watched show this year, could this be an absolute turn around for anime all round??? who knows, Just keep seeing it develop till japan has taken over the world with its stories and ideals.
